Thomas Edison is a famous American inventor formally known for his inventions such as the electric power generator, mass communication, motion pictures and early stages of the electronic light bulb. Edison is most famously known for this work on the light bulb. Prior to Edison’s findings, lighting was constructed using oils and gas.
